[Question] How does the Role Playing Game work?

Could someone give me a thorough explanation on how the RPG works?I'm truly sorry if this may have been asked before but I can't find anything that gives me a clear answer.

I'd like to know how jutsu work,where to begin,what to do,how to advance and that sort of stuff.

Well, you make a bio. Then you wait for it to get approved. You have to find a Sensei, or Senpai. He/She will teach you certain jutsu's, and elements that he/she have mastered. You basically are talking, and acting in character. But, you start with Basic E rank jutsu, until you learn more. Say I use a Shadow Clone, I'd do it.. then additional before I finish my post you "(Bunshin No Jutsu) - Clone Technique

Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 5
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A clone made of the user that can move but(cannot use any jutsu)This clone is merely an illusionary projection of the user.
Note:The clone jutsu can be made with different elements and is a D-Rank jutsu under its own element(Mizu/Water Tsuchi/Earth Sumi/Ink)", put in the Jutsu's information. As I did. Hope I helped.

Well, the first thing you have to do is create a biography.

In order to make the right one/one you're allowed to have, read through the rules for each KG/Hidden ability etc here:

You can then read this to get the bio making rules (includes the biography template):

Once you make your biography, you can ask senseis/senpais to train you. Senseis have orange names and each sense has a senpai, a list of them can be found here:

You start training after your biography is approved.
