How does the Dream world Work?

I really wanna know, how do you think the dream world will come out?, does everybody's dream come true?, or is it just what madara wants to happen?, In Road to ninja, it was a reversed world, but their was still evil in it (Menma), so the thing i dont understand is, how madara is gonna make everyones dream come true, Can madara make a specific person go inside the dream world or when he casts it, does it happen to everyone in the world?, im so confused

In RtN, it wasn't reversed. It was Genjutsu controlled by Obito.

Madara would control it, just as Kaguya did when she used it.

Honestly he's probably not even going to give them what they want most in their illusion. He's probably bullshitting the whole thing. He made Obito turn into a terrible person to help his own ideals by deceiving him about Rin's death as well as orchestrating it. Personally I feel as if he's just going to absorb everyone's chakra once they're under it and then consume the new fruit so he can gain his ideal form of power and finally surpass Hagoromo. He's almost always been power hungry. I wouldn't be surprised at all if his goal was just a front for something else. Since Hashirama was able to create his own country out of his own ideals, I think Madara wants to make his own world with his own ideals just like Hashirama tried to do. If he takes every single person's chakra in the world as well as consume a similar fruit that gave Kaguya power that surpassed Hagoromo's, I definitely think he could easily accomplish in making multiple worlds with ease if he so wanted. He'd have all nine tailed beasts if he absorbed everyone. Hagoromo made the moon on his deathbed with no Shinju chakra. Imagine a healthy Hagoromo WITH the Shinju as well as a fruit superior to Kaguya's. Because that would basically be the new Madara.

Wow i never even thought of this, he might be lying like you said, He keeps saying "Nightmare" after all, so maybe he's not trying make a perfect world
