Perhaps you should read your own scan. As Sasuke says there, and what is true, one needs to awaken two abilities to awaken the "third power", Susano'o. We've just never seen Madara's techniques. Shisui doesn't have Susano'o so he has no right to this discussion.

I think you need EMS to obtain Perfect Susanoo. That's why only Madara and Sasuke had it. But you are right is comes from the left and right eye not the abilities.

OT: Shisui doesn't have a perfect Susanoo or even a regular Susanoo. The video game is not Canon XD

I'd argue that the altered story obviously wasn't penned by Kishimoto whilst the Susanoo design was. Itachi definitely cannot have one htough.

I thought it was pretty obvious for anyone. If you have MS in both eyes, that means you already have Amaterasu in one eye and Tsukuyomi in second eye and to awaken Susanoo you need both, which means you need MS in both eyes. Simple as that, not sure what you're trying to prove.

I think you only need 2MS to unlock Susano'o, Godtachi is a testament to that. PS on the other hand hasn't been shown with MS other than Kakashi's Rikudou powered Susano'o.
Madara & Sasuke got perfect Susano'o once EMS was introduce to them. (They were not shown with a PS before EMS) I think it's because they were migrants of Indra who had a PS with MS because he's direct descendant of Hogoromo an no watered down chakra.

That's not to say that it's not possible for a non migrant to activate Susano'o just fine. Godtachi just happen to be ill, that's not to say that he couldn't activate a PS down the line if he wasn't sick. (Plot) Shisui as well.

Shisui doesn't have a PS in the manga/anime so it's not "Cannon" to me. Although Mr. Moto gave him one in a game.

I (and the other person) thought you were saying you only need two Mangekyou eyes, such that if someone like Shisui had only one ability, Kotoamatsukami, he could still awaken Susano'o, which isn't the case.

I said it that way cuz, normally with 2 MS you awake 2 powers in each eye. Ama and tsukuyomi for Itachi, ama and kagutsuchi for Sasuke and kamui sniping and phasing for Obito/Kakashi, so yes basically you need just 2 MS cuz you should already have ur 2 previous powers. Madara and Shisui are the only exceptions tho.

Perfect Susano? Don't you need two MS abilities to do so? Does this mean Shisui has another MS ability apart from koto? And Madara's MS abilities were never revealed but they have to be something right? It seems pretty inconsistent on Kishi's part.

We don't know if Shisui possessed Susano'o, but he did have both MS powers in each eye. Danzo managed to use Koto, and Itachi managed to activate Koto through Shisui's remaining eye.

Madara also likely had 2 MS abilities, but never displayed them.
