How does Shisui and Madara have...

Perfect Susano? Don't you need two MS abilities to do so? Does this mean Shisui has another MS ability apart from koto? And Madara's MS abilities were never revealed but they have to be something right? It seems pretty inconsistent on Kishi's part.

Their is no specific set of stated requirements for Perfect Susanoo

Shisui's Susanoo is not cannon. It is a game feat only, so Koto is his only actual Mangekyo feat.

Users don't have to have two MS feats to awaken PS or even Susanoo. That was only Itachi. Madara might've had some MS abilities or even if it didn't it certainly wouldn't affect him getting a PS.

I think you need EMS to obtain Perfect Susanoo. That's why only Madara and Sasuke had it. But you are right is comes from the left and right eye not the abilities.

That wasn't only Itachi. It was also Sasuke who had enton and amaterasu, and kakashi got one after getting both eyes. In tge case of Madara one would think it would stay the same pattern. Or even shisui as large amount of evidence points towards needung two MS feats. I'm willing to debate on only needing two eyes wothout two MS feats. Just Shisui leads an assumption, and Madara well is the anomaly
