i guess obito kinda did make epic storage of sharingan spare so he can spam kamui when need an remove the eye an replace it with other one an down grade it to 3 tome sharingan.. state for other uses..

Kamui can be used only by Obito's original eye. Random Uchiha eyes cant performed Kamui. If Kamui can be perform by any Uchiha eyes why he need his other eye on Kakashi.

Kakashit didn't unlock shit, his eye was connected to Obito's so when Obito unlocked it, the eye in Kakashi unlocked it too
