[Question] How does seastone affect Zoans?

We know that seastone prevents logias and paramecia from using their power, but what if Chopper comes in contact with it? Will he lose his human intelligence?

No. Luffy didn't lose his rubber ability while underwater in along arc, it just makes you lose the strength to do anything. If chopper fell in water or something he would just become weak, not regress back to a reindeer

He will lose strength and if transformed I guess he would come back to his basic form.
