I think it does...he's making a point that sasuke isn't the one that rsembles the elder son as far as goals r concerned....as we see obito is because he wants peace like the elder son did..but just through force...while sasuke only wants bloodshed and revenge on the leaf...even tho it was already destroyed...lol

what your talking about I agree with the building thing naruto and obito are standing on if you look closely you would notice that everything is like perfect and in the same place. of kishi wasent meaning something from these pictures he would of put all the effort in making them look the same
