How does sasuke plan on getting a second rinnegan?

He referenced Madara who possess Indra's Chakra (His reincarnation), Ashura's Chakra (He stole from Hashirama) and Kurama's Chakra (The Yang Kurama that he stole, which later became part of the 9 Bijuu that forms the Juubi; which is hosted by Madara). That's why Hagoromo came out Madara's body, which possess all of the components for Hagoromo to appear in that fashion.

False again. The Doujutsu is only stated to possess Sharingan powers. It never once said that the eye is Sharingan itself. The eye is Rinnegan - Sasuke's statement.
