to make it at least an understandable fact.. if that particular moment sasuke does indeed moving at foot speed,... give some prove, make a theory..

we all know sasuke s/t jutsu has a cooldown for a certain set of usage... if can prove that, coincidentally at that moment,sasuke's rinnegan was still on cooldown after certain amount of usage... then we can safely assume its was shunshin.. if not, then we can assume he might use his s/t at certain moments.

Yes it is dumb. But my whole point is that his speed did not increase, he's just keeping up with Madara better because of new eye. He was always fast, that has never changed.

back to OT: yep.. im still not convince about sasuke's foot speed... he still having a certain problem like reaching to obito's portal on flat surface.. about sasuke slashed madara, what i think was, even though sasuke cant reach madara because of the range(if sasuke planned to teleport directly behind him), he can still teleport to his max range and go on foot speed afterwards ..

The proof is Madara was out of Sasuke's range for his ST to work.

Sasuke and Madara's moves seem to completely shadow anyone else's.

Sasuke caught up to Madara faster than Kakashi could fully turn, how is this not a speed feat? It looked like Madara stopped for milliseconds.

And I think bee said that Sasuke was the first person apart from his brother to dodge his lariat.

Basically, it is incorrect to state naruto is faster than sasuke as a fact as it is entirely subjective.
In a realistic scenario, one uses his chakra to enhance his speed and power.
Naruto would prefer to go in BM/KM/SM rather than run in his base speed, similarly sasuke will prefer to use susano or "teleportation" to get the best results.

Sasuke fans are as much right by saying Sasuke is faster than naruto, as are naruto fans for stating otherwise.
AS it entirely depends on the situation and restrictions bound upon them.

Naruto is faster than Sasuke when it comes to base speed and reflexes. ( no chakra involved)

Sasuke is faster than naruto when use of chakra is allowed entirely because of his shunshin(teleportation).
It is debatable who is faster when it comes to sasuke's hawk PS and naruto concealed BM

At the end of the day, they are still rivals and even if one excels the other in speed and reflexes, it won't be by a large margin otherwise it would contradict the fact of them being rivals.

That's nothing special. Like I have already said and like most people know, Sasuke always had god like speed. He chased Madara the entire time. Madara even has time to speak, turn around and make compliment before even getting cut. Plus Madara already had what he wanted which is Kakashi Mangekyou. He didn't even care that he was cut, and didn't look like he tried to avoid. Madara only had one concern, and that was to go to kamui dimension and get his Rinnegan.

The sped in that scan is nothing v2 Ay could not achieve, it's just the reaction and reflex that is important here.

Ae, Minato, Bee, Itachi and Sasuke ... all use Body-flicker. That is foot speed. Remember when Minato caught Naruto? Forget that as it was not that impressive - remember when he caught Kushina and sped up the tree? That was body flicker. It's foot-speed.

Current Sasuke and Naruto are both faster than all characters when it comes to foot speed, Ae or otherwise.
