OT he doesn't need hand seals for chidori anymore and his katon was always sorta useless lol

With rinnegan, he can have many hands, also haku was able to make hand signs with one hand, possibly Sasuke can.

You don't need seals to cast jutsu either, handseals are just used since chakra control is not good enough, so you need to physically manipulate chakra with handseals. Chidori used to take handseals but sasuke learned how to use it without handseals I believe.
