Hashi cells keep u from going blind. They used it for Naruto's arm, i don't see why they can't use it on Sarada's eyes

We haven't had any instances of hashi cells being introduced to stop or halt the process of someone going blind. We've only seen people like obito grow up with hashi cells (before unlocking MS) already a part of him in effect preserving his MS and preventing him from going blind in the 1st place. As far as the manga is concerned, everyone who's started "losing the light" in their sharingan has had to have a successful transplant in order for them not to go blind which in effect grants them EMS.
