how does sakura compare to other kage level ninjas?

hidan is pretty durable so if they traded blows he might survive and curse her so i might have to take that one away

OT: She's at the lower end of a Kage level ninja she has the same jutsu as Tsunade but she lacks, physical strength(without chakra),experience,uzumaki strong life force and large reserves. She's gets murked by any of the 5 Kages and most of the akatsuki she has a long way to go.
