This is going to be something that is going to do damage and don't even try to say Naruto is undamaged by Enton, Ay lost a freaking arm because of it despite being one of the most Durable Ninja in the Manga

In CQC Enton is a problem since Naruto can't attack carelessly also he doesn't have many long range jutsu's and Sasuke can pretty much use Enton on self will tho SM Naruto=MS Sasuke.

what if while Naruto is rushing Sasuke he uses enton at the last moment so Naruto doesn't have a chance to dodge?

Alot of people believe all of the rasengans are the same, but they are not. The benefit to Naruto's bigger rasengans are the larger size give the justu more power, range, and can even be used defensively IE:when he created a wall of great rasengans to stop the Madara's wood jutsu.

As you can see with his greater size rasengans he can attack Sasuke covered with enton without putting his body in harms way. Even with the smallest greater size rasengan there should be at least 6 feet between the end of the rasengan and Naruto's hand.
