How does Orochimaru do it?

How did he pose as the Kazekage for weeks without anyone noticing? Like not even his closest advisers? His own children?

How did he sit in the Chunnin Exams unnoticed, by the Hokage and all other elites among Konoha?

How did he evade capture from Konoah and Akatsuki for years? While doing this, he also set up dozens of different hideouts throughout every country unnoticed? He even started his own village unnoticed!!??

How the did he decipher the Uchiha Stone tablet with no Sharingan, MS, or Rinnegan!!??? How did he find out Tobi was not Madara, why didn't he tell people about this information he had!?

How can he literally move his soul from one body to the other?

1. He used a face stealing technique that is likely more effective than transformation jutsu.

2. Orochimaru is the type to "study" things. Like he taught his Sound Ninja the geography of Konoha so they could give chase if needed and avoid traps. I'm sure he probably found out personality quirks and characteristics of the Kazekage and worked on imitating them until that moment he became "Kazekage". It's not a true theory, but not a bad one.

3. He got caught by Hiruzen, who knew him well. But also remember, he's an Akatsuki level ninja. I mean Akatsuki hadn't been found out for a long time too. Nobody except Team Gai and Kakashi were successful, but that was because they had a stroke of luck.

Yamato, Naruto, Sakura and Sai found one hideout which they abandoned.

4. He never actually read it. He only guessed based on hypothesis what it said.

5. It's a jutsu. Kind of like how it's possible for one to electro-kinetically charge their hands so it can pierce through any logic. Point is, it's a jutsu.

The soul of the person actually somewhat exists inside of Orochimaru. He keeps their strong intentions in his body, but remains mostly himself. So he likely had a bit of Genyumaru's personality after the transfer.

So how was his guess completely correct if he never knew what the tablet read to begin with? He cant just look at the tablet and say" oh well, I assume it says to get MS kill your best love, to get Rinnegan, get Hashirama's DNA, Madara's body is located on X, Infinte Tsukuyomi is what we need " etc..

Orochimaru is unique kind of shinobi. I'm really impressed. I can't believe he was caught in IT, I also thought that he probably, can escape it, or this Orochimaru we see in the IT chapter was fake one and the real one is hidden somewhere and wait for perfect moment. Never underestimate Orochimaru sama.
