I think Kishi put in references to Naruto's speed twice for a reason. Having A, who dodged Sasuke's jutsu before, say he was nearly as fast as Minato and then Kakashi reference it when Naruto appeared out of nowhere when Obito was about to use the tailed beast bomb with his 6 paths was for a reason.
