If Indra was only one with Sharingan and Ashura only one with body of Sage. How the hell could there be clan with their genetic. It does not make sense. Even if they both had Harems it would be impossible for clan like this work. If their children would have children with their own siblings there would so much genetic defects because of same fathers.

Also, you are misunderstanding. Incest does not cause genetic deformations. It is just that if two members of the same family carry a "defective" gene that is not apparent (recessive) then odds are that the child will inherit a copy of this gene rom his father and another copy from his mother which will cause the gene to become dominant and hence the genetic defect will become apparent.

However for this to work, the family in question must have some recessive "defective" genes to begin with, otherwise it does not matter because the child cannot inherit something that is not there. I guess that the sage was just lucky enough to have a perfectly healthy genome.
