How does he come up with everything?

Okey guys, I'm just going to ask you a simple question. Kishi writes this manga (no shit?), anyway How does he come up with everything? And what I mean by that is do you think that he planned the story about for example the God Tree in this latest chapter in the beginning when he first thought of the manga or do you think he came up with that idea just now ( 3 months ago or something in that period of time). So what do you think?
To be honest, I think he came up with this idea (about the god tree) just 1-3 months ago.

He just adds shit that appeals to him as he goes along. He didn't plan all this crap out, he makes it up everytime something new appeals to him.

The god tree is nothing new it is as old as history itself, ie the judeo christian belief of the tree of knowledge that god forbaid them from eating.
