So according to the lawsuit filed against the State of North Carolina by the Department of Justice, house bill 2(HB2) is in violation of Title IX of The Education Amendments
It says
"No person in the United States shall, on the basis of ***, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance."
How does HB2 discriminate on the basis of ***?
Both sexes are treated the same under this law. To discriminate means to treat differently. This law says you are to be treated the same as everyone else of your ***(Note it isn't Gender Identity)
How does this law meet the accused criteria of Discrimination on the basis of ***?
