How does EMS sasuke > SM naruto

All EMS gave sasuke is the ability to shoot amaterasu arrows(which is pointless since naruto can dodge them) and the ability to not lose his eye sight. When you think about it, in theory sasuke could already shoot amaterasu arrows since he can manipulate amaterasu onto his arrows. Sasuke has shown hardly anything new with his new eyes.

Ems isn't much of an upgrade from ms, it's just a more efficient version.
