Speed ? Universal pull (or CT, you name it. Deva Path arsenal is just too powerful to not catch Katsuyu, how will Katsuyu escape gravity ?) to assemble her and chakra rods after, she is still organic even if in a liquid state.

On the premise that Chibaku Tensei works; Katsuyu wouldn't be able spew acid, as the gravitational compaction would render her into mere puddles. I edited the answer above to include Chibaku Tensei. I am not buying it Femme, i don't think Katsuyu has a chance.

Not even Tsunade can summon %100 katsuyu so its fanfic. It took both of them to summon 1/Tenth.

And the way to destroy Katsuyu is Amaterasu or BIjuu Rasenshuriken. Even a combo of both will do.
