How does amterasu and susano work ?

I'd like to know how is it prossible to acquire susano and amaterasu ?
We know that Itachi gave susano an amaterasu to sasuke by giving him MS
but is it a special skill ( jutsu ) that is transmitable to other sharingan users or can you have by having MS
AND if it's the case why Tobi doesn't have it

PS: I think Itachi developed it

1st of all tobi doesnt have ms to begin with just a special sharingan revive ans second amaterasu is sasuke and itachi move why you think madara didnt use it

well when u gain ms its gives you three tech. one tec for each eye so two techs. and when u use both eyes at same time u gain the third "susano" to use susano u have to have ms in both eyes

yes sasuke had susanoo and amaterasu and like a 2mouth periode when itachi gained his ms at 13 and amaterasu was his strongest tech

madra hasn't tried his Amaterasu . i guess if have black flames he may use it like mukton but i guess he dont have any black flame tech .

amaterasu is a manifestation of the mangekyo sharingan's right eye. the uchiha are masters of the fire jutsu, and amaterasu is a bloodline technique from the uchiha clan.
susanoo is a release of the latent yin chakra of the user, made possible by the posession of both mangekyo eyes. presumably if the user only obtained one mangekyo eye, this would be impossible. its requires an immense amount of skill for an ms user, and seems to cause their body and eyes constant damage since it literally rinses chakra. again, this is a bloodline limit that can only be used by the uchiha.

I think the only way to gain the jutsu (susano and amaterasu) is if an ms user is special and also awoke ms in both eye or maybe it being pass on.
