[Suggestion] How does a personal art section sound?

A separate section where people of Naruto Base get to upload art directly and have gallarys in there profile. Would that be easy to make? Or would it flood the servers? Only problem I can see is Mature contact but that can be easily blocked. Something to get critiques with. In a way to express in a certain way.

And we can have Art contest. Maybe? lol
