OK i have a noob question...

how do you plus rep & minus rep??>? :shrug:

its obviously simple but please just show me not the minus rep thou -.- lol

This question is more suited for the questions about the forum, but never mind that.
To rep someone, you go to the green flag in the right corner of their post. There you can either click "I approve" (pos rep) or "I disapprove" (neg rep) and if you want also the reason why you give this rep.

The green flag by the post. Press "i dissaprove" and leave a comment why

You go and click the green flag on the upper right corner of comment and choose either approve to + Rep or disapprove to - Rep
