Sasuke blitzes Naruto and he's on the cusp of defeat. All Sasuke has to do is finish him off with Chidori, so he sets it up and charges at a dazed Naruto. Just before he makes contact, Sasuke has flashbacks of Team 7 and everything they went through and he stops the jutsu. Sasuke says "That's enough Naruto, I will spare you." and he makes the shinobi kumite symbol with him. Then Sasuke and Naruto both lead the shinobi world to peace through cooperating with one another. Naruto dies shortly after and Sasuke becomes the supreme leader of the world.
