Naruto will hold him in his chakra arms and do a sage mode rasengan barrage, won't leave a single BLACK drop of BZ. BZ already made Naruto angry by insulting Obito too much. Naruto cannot become more crueler than this IMO.

I'd keep him alive, restrain him to the point of total immobility and have him sit in a room with sakura for the rest of enternity, I know that's a little extreme but I think he deserves it.
