How do you upload a bigger picture?

I'm quite new here. How do people in here have bigger pictures as their avatar?
I've seen some which don't seem like a premium member who have a bigger image. So, could you tell me how to have a bigger avatar?

Normal members can use Avatars with size 150x200.
Premium members and Staff members can use Avatars with size 150x300. You need to be premium to have thaat 150x300 avatar size.

This, and you can also win contests and such to be able to have a bigger one for sometime. However, the system is slacking off from time to time, and people who won contests, tends to keep the bigger avatars long after the "price" have expired, some even forever. How I know this ? Because I've won a contest before and kept a bigger avatar for way longer than the month you're suppose to have it xd

Dude, dont ruin it for everyone lol.....if you complain about their system lacking in any way they will take it seriously and do exactly what they mean

Same thing happened with forum games, people kept complaining about it being spammed even though the Admins let it be spamed on "PURPOSE" but some jack asses complained and now they make sure you dont U_U

Dude, I'm pretty sure that's not going to happen anytime soon, trust me as I know a bunch of people that has complained to Zise about it, in fact they did reset all the cyan names as there were too many users running around with them, but they never cared or did anything about the people running around with bigger avas (For example, I lost my Cyan name after about 5 months time or so, when I only should have had it for one, but they never touched my ava). The only reason I lost mine was because of a certain someone complaining me in for having it when the time I was entitled to it had expired long time ago (not that I really cared or anything, as I was thinking of changing ava anyways, but didn't as I knew I would lose my bigger one).

So unless someone goes around "reporting" everyone that shouldn't have bigger avas, they won't lose it in the nearest future. The only thing that's going to stop them at the moment is if they decide to change their avas. So that's kind of the only downside of it as you will have to keep that ava forever, or else you will go back to normal ones.

I didn't think you meant that either, just responding fairly to your post ^^
And if anything, you only brought more light one the matter for actually discussing my post, as I didn't have in mind to "ruin" it for other people, just stating how it is.

Yep, that's about it, though I do think some of the Senseis (Orange) and NB Artists (Purple) are getting the goodie as well, but that's more or less reasonable.
