How do you turn links into words?

Hmmm? Like,say I wanted to turn--->This<---into a link. How would I do that? Be detailed please.

icon then insert the link. Codes and links will appear in the text box (after you click ok), of which a link is highlighted. Just simply type, the inserted characters replace one of the links. The inserted characters become the title of the link.

Exactly like Drizzeh said, also there's another way, you can just type the word(s) you want, and then you can highlight it and then click this
