With Sasuke's head bandage, I believe Sasuke will take a normal rasengan on his head that would wake him up to sanity. Then Naruto travels around the world, Kakashi would be the Hokage (thats for sure), and Sasuke will lead the Military Police on which the Uchiha was assigned, but this time the Anbu and Root will be under his leadership.

If you go by the movie that is supposed to be canon then Sasuke lost sines Gaara lives and Sasuke is not a Kage of any nation and is wondering the land like Hobo.
