well he said he wants to get rid of the Bijuu's (that would eliminate any kind of threat/way to oppose him).

and considering the fact that he represents Indra, he will attempt to become Hokage using force (a position of power) and will use his new power to force the law/insure the leaf's superiority (will probably make the other villages answer to the leaf as well).

That would be very interesting. But that also means naruto has to die first

He wants to erase the relevance of his previous incarnations failures, and set a separate tone for himself and his family. It's all about Madara's lifetime of being one-upped by Hashirama, he made this new choice as he saw a different way to restore his clan. By rewriting the balance of power in his clans favor, unlike the previous generation, where they failed to gain any traction over proceedings within the village, as the mind-set of the inferior and untrustworthy clan that the Uchiha were was able to spread.

Everything has been building up to this, he cannot become Hokage if that prejudice exists, he cannot dissent those opinions if he fails in his generation, he has to fight because nothing would change, the Senju's victory has to be irrelevant for him to become Hokage, defeating Naruto is the only way to achieve this. Sasuke has already stated that he can't erase his past actions, therefore it is a different past he is looking to erase, looking at Hashirama's speach, it's blatantly obvious, after learning of all of Madara's failings and his descent into history as a mad-man that constantly effected the view of the Uchiha within the village, that this is the history he wishes to erase. Only way to do that, is by setting a separate tone, and succeeding where Madara failed. In his battles with his rival, and the standing of his clan.

How on earth is that going to help him?

Naruto is loved by the entire world, attacking is going to make him hated by the world, not win the world's respect.

There is two ways this Manga is going to end:

1: Sasuke goes mental like Madara and tries to change everything by force & power, so he ends up fighting Naruto at the valley, where the first and Madara also fought. Sasuke dies and dramatically tells Naruto how he regrets not being a better friend or whatever and Naruto becomes Hokage, peace restored.

2: Sasuke remains good and decides to take on the role of Hokage(maybe), the leader of the new Police force(possible), or take Danzo's place in the village and make sure that there are no more such monstrous acts as what happened to his brother Itachi. So he keeps all the secrets out and makes sure, in collaboration with Naruto as the possible Hokage, that the village remains in a state of order, honesty & respect.

The way the story is going, there is probably going to be a Naruto vs Sasuke. But honestly, even after all the shit he did, I rather have them team up again and become the village leaders that Hashirama & Madara couldn't become..

Like... Who would even try to **** with Konoha after that? The reincarnations of the Sons of the Sage leading a village... ****ing Mayhem right there.

He has to defeat Naruto, if he simply cooperates with Naruto, he's still putting his clans future in the same position Madara placed his clan. Naruto is still the man the Konoha wants, just as Hashirama was the man Konoha wanted, but Hashirama was only able to do this by defeating the Uchiha, which put him on top as far as the power struggle goes. That's all that Sasuke considers it as, a power struggle, he doesn't care what the world thinks, as long as he's on top power-wise, they have to acknowledge him. That's not to say that he's right in that way of thinking, he thinks that in showing power he can reform the villages views, and erase the example that Madara set, but it's just as Itachi reprimanded Naruto for, and Naruto noted when he showed up, he thinks he'll become acknowledged by being Hokage, but his thinking is backwards.
