He needs to be equal to Naruto. Clearly Naruto isn't interested in training and Kurama says he got rusty and pathetic while Sasuke is out there saving the world from Kaguya's nemesis.

So what kind of nerf do you think Sasuke needs to be equal to Naruto ?

I think he needs ninja aids like his brother Lord Itachi or maybe losing his other arm..

If naruto goes back to training , he will be formidable opponent regardless of powerups sasuke gets . sage mode and kyubbi mode makes him hard to get , also with his other techniques . Also being having amazing charka
