I know the basis of your timeline theory and again as I have said, I give it much praise, I think it's one of if not the most unique ideas on here, but I never imagined it would lead to this.

This I think has become pretty obvious. I have no doubt that Bee will end up dying (heroically) and that Naruto and the Kyuubi will ultimatley end up seperated (how they part is still up for debate).

I get that you think the Juubi is the one that keeps rewriting the timeline, but with your ending, it would seem that he is complete and is never going to be more complete. Everything it would seemingly want would have been achieved. I don't get why the Juubi starts over?

Okay, this is cool. If I am understanding this correctly, and correct me if I'm wrong, but are you saying the SO6P is Sasuke with Naruto's body? And I don't mean that Sasuke now has his the Sages powers but that he is actually the Sage himself and that by taking over Naruto's body and simply beating the Juubi he would have caused everything to start over again. This is a little fuzzy to me.

I find this interesting as well. I have wondered why the Juubi's shell had evil intentions and then seemed to be a mindless hunk of energy when it was summoned. Naruto's dark side being its counsiousness could very well explain this anomaly. Again, I thought this part was very well thought out. It just makes me wonder what happened to this entity after Naruto overcame it. And, does it have anything to do with Obito's extreme reactions to seemingly everything?

Yep, we need to see Naruto perform without the assistance of Kurama. If we entertain that the Elder and Younger sons are actually Sasuke and Naruto a couple of things strike me. First is that they are a little older and the Elder (Sasuke) has his Rinnegan already, a different hairstyle. Naruto (the younger) still has his metal head protector without a symbol, looking at the Hashirama flashbacks, doesn't appear that metal armored head protectors were in use) and he doesn't have the 9 tail whiskers meaning Kurama has already been extracted.

Remember that Dark Naruto would consider himself to be the savior as well, and that he would consider the current timeline to be the lie. With the power obtained by the Juubi, he would have the ability to create a new world, not a world that is a continuation of what he considers to be a lie. The desire to do this is evidenced by Obito's attempt to bring back Rin. The Darkness feels justified in taking any action, since he plans to redo the timeline to erase all transgressions.

Yes to Sasuke = mind of So6p. Defeating the Juubi doesn't necessarily result in the loop occurrence but the Juubi will be the cause of the loop. If we assume a loop is in place, and that countless cycles that have occurred thus far. Then this represents the "Doom" of Narutoverse. The So6P acknowledges his failure to the tailed beasts when he created them. There was something which struck me when the Sage addresses the tailed beasts. He talked about following the "True Strength". Itachi also said similar words when facing Kabuto with Sasuke.

It has everything to do with Obito's reactions, including Obito's desire to persuade Naruto to his way of thinking. Obito is only a host to this consciousnesses. This is a characteristic of Jinchuriki. Itachi and Sasuke are able to enter your thoughts through use of Genjutsu, but Naruto's way of doing it is much more passive. How many times have we seen Naruto have psychic conversations with different people?
You will also notice certain behaviors emerge from character that mark different hosts, loneliness, persecution, rival fixation, determination, in some instances unrequited love, a need to become Hokage, even Madara acknowledges how similar Obito is to how he used to think. These are all characteristics of Naruto's life.

When So6P (Sasuke) overcomes the Juubi he recognizes that he had not overcome the consciousness. Even the tailed beasts were susceptible to Dark Naruto (once again isolation persecution). Stuck in a time that was not his own and not wanting to tip his hand to the consciousness he must send encrypted messages to alert himself in the future (Uchiha Tablet). It also had to be difficult to decipher else Dark Naruto becomes aware and seeks to eliminate it.
Anyway, this means that the two characters Sasuke and Naruto (which includes Darth Naruto)are locked in an eternal struggle stalemating one another for all time. The only way out of it is for one (or both) of them to overcome themselves. The eventual battle where Naruto eludes to both being killed probably means that Sasuke's Uchiha body (or most of it since Rinnegan is still needed) is killed, and Naruto's mind (or part of it anyway since Darth Naruto exists) is killed.
The story will end with Naruto returning to Konoha to accept his title of Hokage when Konohamaru challenges him for it. Whether they show the fight or show it end is anybodies guess but remember as Gyakusetsu said Naruto will no longer have Kurama. While Naruto will win it will be a much closer fight than people give it credit for.
