Yo, if she dashes, block. Spam support RIGHT AFTER YOU BLOCK. Charge up while she's subbing, dash, and hit her with an ultimate. Tilts should also be helpful right after you block, but make sure its a good tilt, like Sakura's. There's also the team attack(hold circle or whatever the 360 button is), and right after you block hit her with that. If you're not playing teams then just get really aggressive with the chakra dashes, since you probably won't be able to get in an ult.
