How do you put a custom background on profile?

I see profiles with custom backgrounds. How do you do that?

Oh I get what you mean.
You mean the profile message not the profile in general. It is two different things.
To customize the everything in you profile you go into the profile customization thing I showed above.

To customize the profile message specifically:
-There is a bug that messes up "-symbol and shows it as '"' in Profile Messages.. so let me correct the code for you and you can just copy paste and see what I've changed.
