[Question] How do you Neg rep someone!!!!

So there's this @sshole who keeps negrepping me, And at first I ignored him, but he's done it again.
So how do I negrep someone?

Report the person to the staff, if they consider his behaviour has been improper he will be dealt accordingly. On topic, to neg rep someone, when Repping (which is the star sign if you didn't know already) instead of clicking "I approve" you click "I disapprove.

you see the marshal like symbol next to the 'thanks'

you just click that on someones post and click 'dissaprove' however you need to give a reason why

and then you have just neg repped someone ... however you can only rep, neg rep someone once and then you have to spread rep a bit before giving it to the person again
