A mod has to move it. Simply find the mod in that section and ask him to move it to the correct section via VM or PM​

In the lower right corner of each section of the forum, there is a group of blue names. Each of those corresponds to the moderator(s) of that section. Click the name and VM them about it. In addition, Global Moderators can move and edit any thread in the forum. These moderators don't appear on that small list but can be easily found by their green names. In the main page of the forum there is a complete list of all staff members and their sections. You can find it here:
