[Question] How do you make sigs that move?

I wanted to create a sig like oShux but a sasuke version but how do you do it? (DESPERATE)

It's called gif. If you know what it is, it's better. You just replace it with your current sig, with IMG tags. It's nothing hard really, it's put in the same section as pictures.
