How do you make music?

Iv got Stage Light, Iv got some other programs, Iv got internet lol, iv got a piano but it only works when its connected to a computer or Ipad, i can record with my mic but seriously what do I do i i wanna do music?

I use reason 5. If you have a midi keyboard you can use that as well instead of the keyboard.

Youll need some sort of interface. As far as programs I use Reason for beats and Cubase 7 for Recording vocals and sometimes beats too.
