There are many religions around the world, so how can you be so sure yours is the right one? It would be impossible for all of them to be correct for obvious reasons...
Please be respectful, don't insult others for their beliefs. Let's just have a nice discussion.
You must first understand what a religion is.
A religion is a political institution surrounding the history of spiritual and/or divine beliefs.
None of the religions are going to be 100% spot-on.
Though it also depends upon what you believe a religion can have "right" and "wrong."
For example - the Ten Commandments in Judaism.
Most people would agree that those are pretty relevant nuggets of wisdom:
"Thou shalt not bear false witness." (Don't accuse people of doing things they didn't do or that you didn't actually see).
You can't really say that is "Wrong."
However, what about the artistic depictions of an anthropomorphic God who sits on a throne of gold and judges people all day?
Probably not very accurate (I argue that God has already done the judging - ours is merely to understand the reality of our sins and accept the verdict of forgiven - which is harder than it sounds when your soul is laid bare).
How about the dogmatic idea that when people die, they become angels?
Actually refuted by scripture (if one wants to consider those particular scriptures valid - politics is wonderful).
Further - both the Qu'ran and Bible are correct in the assertion that men meeting the description of the individuals described walked the Earth and were influential to those around them. They are probably even correct about many of the things they said/did.
But they both have two radically different depictions of how the divine being works and interacts with human beings.
And then some people consider other ideas a religion when they really aren't (Taoism isn't really a religion, though it is an ideology steeped in traditions and with some of its own politics).
