Kabuto cut Tsunade's muscles, but she was still able to move, so if someone tanked it then its Tsunade.

Crushing his True Form's head - probably. But cutting it off isn't doing shit tbh. Oro's Body Replacement was shown to be usable from: mouth, stomach, other snakes' mouth and other snake's stomach as well.

And even if his human shell, then his True Form get destroyed, he may still be brought back from any of his CS, spread all over NV.

I'm pretty sure you made that up seeing as that happened to his vessel and not his white snake form. I'm pretty sure it's his brain that controls his body and goes through the process of thinking to use oral rebirth, not the nerves in his neck. If you're beheaded, your mouth can still work, your legs won't though.

Seeing as I said crush his head, and not cut it off, I have no idea why you're talking to me about cutting his head off. With your head cut off, your brain is still in tact and can function. With your head crushed, your brain can't do shit. No brain = no jutsu unless jutsu executes itself? :s

When his head is damaged he can't use the oral rebirth. This is why he retreated after Tsunade punched him.

Actually he retreated because there was nothing else to gain from that battle. That punch might as well have done nothing. Remember when an enraged Naruto struck him on the head with his Kyūbi Chakra? That did much, much more damage, and that didn't even harm him.
