Remember, Orochimaru was essentially dead. The only reason he was reuurected is because Sasuke wanted him to be. If Sasuke didn't want it, orochimaru would still be dead. (I am not bashing Orochimaru. He is one of my favorite characters)

With a tbb from a 4 tails version 2 Naruto Orochimaru said himself if he was hit with it then it would be "Unavoidable death"

Didn't Sasuke and Suigetsu kill a lot of people with the CM already? Sasuke told Suigetsu not to but he still killed cause Karin split them from him when they went to find Juugo. Plus you need Oro's skin combined with his chakra to revive him from a CM and only Kabuto had his skin which Orochimaru took back all traces which showed when Kabuto's face returned to normal.

I'm pretty sure his regeneration can be used from the stomach aswell, anyways still no.

When his head is damaged he can't use the oral rebirth. This is why he retreated after Tsunade punched him.

I need scans, when he got hit by Tsunade he later laughed it off, don't know where you're getting that notion.
He tanked chakra scalpels that even troubled Tsuande (Who is the "best" medic ninja) WITHOUT piercing her flesh (Which cuts nerves) to the NECK; and he STILL used Oral rebirth.

Don't question me. It's common knowledge that snakes survive abuse anyway but having their head crushed. If someone crushed the head of his white snake form, he'd be gone. I'm pretty sure you can't execute oral rebirth without a brain Zzz
