How do you thank someone then when you have published a thread someone put a comment when you click under their avatar it says thanks given and thanks that you got

There's a thanks thingy at the bottom of the thread

There appears a button under a users thread that says "Thanks". However, you must have reached 50 posts in order to be able to see it and use it :y
