[Question] How do you get the Village Userbar over your name?

I was already accepted into a village (Konoha) and did all the following steps and still don't have the Konohagakure Userbar over my name..Is there something I did wrong?

Also, Whenever I click "Identify me as a user of this group", I click it and it still shows the following.

I have the Konohagakure section in the RP aswell.
