How do you get a moveing avatar?

I see heaps of people with moveing avatars but i dont have a clue how to get it for myne? Iv tried but i only get a still non moveing picture? Please help me. :shrug::shrug:

I think the file type is GIF, you should probably google it


EDIT: you can also search photobucket, just enter: (character name) gif

I believe if the gif is larger than the maximum allowed size it will be resized and when a picture gets resized it changes to a jpg and will no longer have animation support.

Exactly.
So you have to make sure the imagesize and the filesize is not too big.
