I've gone to all my middle school dances. All were fairly fun. Then again, my school is made up of popular kids that are actually nice, enjoy talking to you, share the same likes/dislikes, is basically normal, etc.

Lol,of course not.Just be a gentleman and not act like a jerk to the girl you want to ask out.Be polite and nice and not resort to the "hey baby,wanna go out with me?" right away because it'll shut down your chances real quick.
