Never liked her when she was first introduced, especially her little bashful ignorant statement involving Naruto and his place as being alone. That pretty much just drove the cake for me.
Part 2 didn't change anything or how I feel about her. She just became a second knock off of Tsunade (who has a much more interesting story) as opposed to her " I was bullied because of my forehead" speech, which is pretty boring in and of itself.
When it came to her fake confession to Naruto, that pretty much made her look desperate for Sasuke even more. Everyone knows that she doesn't like Naruto like that, and trying to kill Sasuke on your own while disrespecting your teammates, mostly implying "that they are useless and that I can handle this on my own" is pretty selfish. You would have had a much better chance of beating Sasuke with Lee and Sai with you.
And lastly, we come to Sakura constant drooling and never ending desperation of Sasuke's attention during a war, probably the most ignorant thing I have ever seen in my life.
When she hit Kaguya? Yeah, I really don't care about that. As many people have already declared; it was a sneak attack.
All in all, Sakura is a terrible character in my eyes. Nothing interesting, cool, inspiring, or even remotely endearing about this character.
