Here is Madara attempting to summon Kyuubi who he had a contract with and failing because Kyuubi was sealed inside Naruto.

Here is Obito sealing 10tails into him.

Here is Kurama saying that Obito won't die after having 10tails extracted because he still has the Statue inside him

Here is Madara summoning the statue from Obito's body

Am i missing something here ?
Why can't Madara summon Kyuubi because it is sealed and can summon GM even though the Statue is sealed on Obito's body still ? He has with both of them a connection Kyuubi --> Contract and GM---> Contract + Rinnegan

Gedo was just a shell. Almost all of his chakra was taken away when Obito lost the tug of war againt the alliance. Then Madara just used that shell to take all that chakra back and he made himself a Jinchuuriki once more. Hope this cleared it up.

Hashi cancelled the seal during there first fight. Minoto cancelled obitos link to kurama and made new contract for narutos body and his own using uzumaki seals.
They never recovered the nine tails from naruto so the couldn't summon his half. And minoto died with his half.
But now madz has narutos former half and naruto has minotos former half

I thought about that too because that "seal" didn't even look like one it was more like becoming one with it. But Naruto here confirms that he used hand seals to get 10tails inside him.

When that happened naruto said his stomach was burning so he felt madz tryin to summon kurama also,but the seal didn't break because it was changed by minoto

Obito still had one Rinnegan from Madara. Does this mean he could summon it back or since it was inside him the Rinnegan he held would prevent anyone from taking it ?

But yes i have thought of your idea too but something is just not right here.

Maybe because the Rinnegan's ability to summon the Gedou Statue is greater than that of Madara's summoning contract with Kurama. Black Zetsu, who was in control of Obito at the time, could have allowed it to be released. Or as people stated above that the Juubi was absorbed and not sealed.

All the possible scenarios i have come up with include that , It does look as an absorption or some sort of morphing with it but Obito still used hand seals for it

obito was able to summon the kyuubi out, while it was still sealed inside kushina because her seal weakened due to child birth

i belive something similar something happened to obito, that is the seal weakening due to the forcible extraction of the bijuus
