Good idea!
I want to add some tips:
1. If you're an experienced shinobi you know how to perform you spacial jutsu whiteout doing hand signs but do it fast before loosing all your chakra!
2. If you have the ability to absorb chakra, do it quick! You should win the chakra absorbing fight and if you won the water prison will be released.
3. If you don't know how to use your chakra without hand seals but you have a massive source of chakra, release is immediately because the opponent's body won't absorb it and fast as it spreads and you have a chance to shock him or her. If you're chakra type defies his or hers you chance will be higher.
4. Drink all the water!
