How do you do it!!!!??

As you can tell i just pasted an image as my avatar.
How do you guys go about creating your avatars? resources?
I want to make mine look badass.

I usually make mine, but I was in school so I requested this one.

Look for the pic/stock or render , I use pixlr , gimp or picmonkey ....crop it & do your magic ...play with them a little until you get what you want .

Find an image u want and use pixlr or some website like that
