what do you mean mods can only do that do you mean that they can delete ours or there's

yea if you do something wrong they can erase your account. but they dont do it much

You can't delete your own account because, in the event someone steals your account or you leave your computer unattended and someone walks up to it, someone can't just delete your account causing you to loose your settings. You have to put in a formal request to the moderators on the board.
