How do you delete your account?

This is just a very simple question, i am not-i repeat-i am NOT gonna delete my account and i do NOT want the moderators to do it either, i JUST want to know how you do so.
How do you delete your account?(Very simple question)

Hahaha.. As vixen said, the admins have that authority, and the reason, is not ultimately obligatory, but wanted.

You can't delete your own account.
The only people who can delete any accounts are the admins, the ones with the red names.

Why can´t the members know to delete their own account whenever they want? Why is it that the admins are the only ones who can do that?
